Besides pool and snooker tables, they got many new arcade games this year which are not available anywhere else in the Greater Vancouver region. The place is BIG, almost 20,000 feet I think.

Came here last week. It’s basically a place with arcade games, computers, pool, and darts. Good fun all round if you have good company. Service is hit or miss. Plenty of free parking outside.

BESTOFRICHMOND! THISPLACEHASITALL! and the computers and equipment(Chairs etc.) are better then those at DNA and Netaholics, and not only that, the OS and GAMESAREINENGLISH! Something both Netaholics and DNA don’t provide. I visited both of the other locations that same day before arriving at E-Spot and had terrible experiences at both. When I finally arrived at E-Spot I was able to enjoy some gaming on the computers in comfort with friends and then hit up the Arcade for some awesome games like Mario Kart Arcade GP! The service here may not be the best(Though I had no issues), but the equipment is, and it’s a much nicer place. Don’t bother with the other places, especially if you don’t read Chinese and plan on using the computers… EVERYTHING is in CHINESE! I also didn’t have to use my own steam account to play games at E-Spot, something I was worried about doing at a public place. The only thing I wish was better was the prizes. 50 Tickets gets you a .05 Cent Candy :(

I had an amazing time there! There were an abundance of games to play, the prizes were very cute and good quality, the staff was very helpful and the bubble tea was delicious!

Great games but crappy attitude, the people who work behind the counters are arrogant, they just sit on there phones and update Facebook when you’re trying to buy a bottle of water. they speak so quietly but crank the k-Pop so you can’t hear a word they say. Then come at you with a pissed off f*** you attitude. Never had to deal with such rude staff anywhere else. Watch out for the chubby girl with short hair and the lanyard, she usually wears a classic puffy vest and some thick framed glasses. She’s a b***h. If it wasn’t the only arcade other than Metrotown I wouldn’t go. Oh and be careful of all the Asian kids trying to look hard on their daddy’s super car in the parking lot, they’re real tuffies. There’s bound to be one every time.

I had high hopes for this place but the experience left me not only underwhelmed but disgusted. I visited with my girlfriend with the intent of playing Billiards at around 6pm. The place was empty except for a group of young asian boys playing on the computers. We were greeted with an incredibly rude lady working there who seemed more interested in her phone rather than our business. After about three tries at trying to understand her mumbling and her terrible attitude towards us we finally got our pool cues. More students started coming in and a group even made an obvious rude remark towards my girlfriend with one of the staff nearby and no action was done. The food they sell is overpriced microwaved goods and the bubble tea is powdered and crap. They seem to run the place with the bare minimum in mind, catering only to regulars and students who have nowhere else to go. If the cheap prices are the reason for you to visit then I implore you to research for different places as the prices they offer are not that amazing. I would not recommend anyone to this place and would urge those who want to play Billiards or use the computers to find another place.

be very very careful with the staffs. They give the worst service possible to mankind and one of the middle aged woman there is a thief. I gave her 20 $ and she said I only gave her 10 $. I go there once a week since they’re the only ones with battlegear at midnight but I never talk or even look at the staffs, they’re disgusting. Such mainland china quality of service. Can’t believe something like that exist here.

Would give a 0 if I could, computer parts aren’t updated at all, hell even the games aren’t updated at all. The worst part was the terrible service, the lady at the counter has a terrible attitude, the guy was a bit better, but still, I wanted to leave after 5 minutes, so I asked for a refund, since I didn’t do anything but update their game, they couldn’t refund me because it’s «pre-paid», which is all just bullcrap, it’s a self owned company. Overall, terrible place, horrible location(really sketchy and dark), and the worst service I’ve seen.

why only 3 stars althouth the place itself has great potential? There are tons of arcade, all the good games i like to play such as king of fighters 97, 98, 2002, 11, 13, street fighter 4… as well as online pc gaming, pool, dots… special rooms to play card or whatever. Other games such as ufo catchers… everything u need to have great gaming sessions for what i would consider as a good price(older games are usually 25cents, new games 50 cents or 1 $) u also get on the first floor a space dedicated to console fighting game(xbox 360 and ps3) which i find was the best part of it. Nothing like what u get in paris where i come from. However i didnt really feel comfortable in that place. Not a very good ambiance… indeed i found the owners(?) unpleasant. Each time i ask the guy for something he would just do what he needs to do with a grumpy face without even taking the care of saying something or even looking at me. Not really a big deal but its the kind of thing that doesnt make me Want to go there again. Its in richmond so its mainly frequented by the asian community which i like very much. there is a japanese supermarket and few other things right next to it. The spot is not immidiatly visible but easy to reach from skytrain station. Overall i think its a great gaming place in termes of space, content and price, but definitely didnt feel welcoming. I might go there again but its like when you go out of this place u feel u might just as well play these games at home which is not like what you want for arcade place. What left me a good impression though was the fighting game community on the first floor which sounded pleasant and active, makes me want to go back there and start training street fighter again.

If you enjoy knock-off arcade games and worn out, dirty arcade classics then you will enjoy this place. There aren’t many options for arcades in and around Vancouver so you have to come here but in the future I will do what I can to avoid it.

Best place to play with friends. I loved playing on the same team in Left4Dead 2 on PC. Loads of games here including pool, billboards and other board games. The drawback is sometimes the computers don’t have the games you want or aren’t working well, but overall nice place

I spent two hours here playing Billiards with the Boy. Place was hot, humid and without air conditioner and a fan above us, we were quite hot and sweaty by the end of the two hours. Quite uncomfortable. Aside from that, I really like the atmosphere — English, Korean and Mandarin music videos were playing in the background. The table was well kept. The cues were straight and weren’t too worn out. For $ 9 and hour, I think this is quite a fun place to pass some time in Richmond.

so there’s a living social deal for $ 13 for 2 hours and a tetra pack, what is that? the owner doesn’t know either. in fact, the coupon is only good on week days only. it doesn’t say that on the deal. thank god i called and then she hung up. ok, well… great customer service.

I still miss UBC arcade. But it’s good that the owner of that is the owner of this! It’s the only place in town that has Beatmania IIDX, which gives it 3 stars on its own. Then there is the immense pool space, fairly okay drinks, and the most ridiculous: rentable mahjong rooms! The atmosphere is airy — you never feel sweaty or clammy like in other arcades. It’s a bit dark but I think that gives it more of a grown-up vibe. Staff is kind of surly but that’s what happens in almost every arcade. I always take friends from other cities here because it’s just ridiculous. In fact, I end up going there whenever I end up in Richmond for whatever reason. It’d definitely get 5 stars if it had In the Groove and they made sure their Vita-Soy hadn’t expired when they sold it…

6÷15÷2012 Our yearly pilgrimages up to Vancouver always include a trip to E Spot. We’ve played the arcade, we’ve played pool, and this time we played mahjong. The place just has everything a group of nerds could want, and as a result we’re always coming back. To be honest I have no idea how much anything costs here, as someone else has always picked up the tag(this time it was the hands down mahjong loser), but it’s always packed in the evenings, so it musn’t be too bad! Will be back next trip… :)

This arcade had renovated itself from the last time I’ve been in there. I miss having the score boards near the pool table. the comfy benches don’t really match the place. Didn’t really understand why they would have a kids area when majority of their customers are teens to early adults. I missed the fact that they took out the sticker picture machines and replaced them with kiddy games. Staff are pretty much the same. They provided a better food banner but not sure how they taste.

Warehouse arcade that has a good selection of Bemani(Music Video Games). + Several IIDX& DrumMania machines as well as Taiko, DDR. ~ MACHINESAREVERYLOUD. This can be a plus/con depending on your preference. ~ In Richmond, so if you’re not Asian, you’re going to stand out. — It was dark in the warehouse. This might keep it cool, but a few lights probably wouldn’t have hurt much. Full list of music games as of 8÷14÷11 can be found here:

The only experience I have with this place is the snooker tables. They look like Riley tables but the cloths are worn & the table accessories are in rough shape. The lighting fixtures are older & seem to cast more ball shadows. The table & lights are rumored to be from the former Top Ten Billiards locations. Top Ten has been gone for a number of yrs. The snooker balls seem like the cheaper polyester type not Tournament Champion or Super Crystallite. For the best equipment & lighting definitely go to Top 147 Snooker Club or High Break Billiards both are close by.

I come here with my girlfriend whenever we have an excuse to be in Richmond for the day or night. What keeps bringing us back? Why do we always waste $ 20 in loonies playing Time Crisis? I dont know, but if you’re not us you wont find out, as you waste YOUR money on their awesome selection of light gun, guitar, race, drum, and dance games, as well as quirky import machines that yell at you in Japanese. This place IS very loud and the prices per machine range from a quarter to a dollar a round. They also have the latest LAN games available and many nicely clothed pool tables. The have a café with a limited selection of beverages despite their extensive available bubble tea flavors. Im pretty sure theyre licensed as well, although dont quote me on it.

Ready to get your game on? This is typically inhabited by hongers and other fobs, but other than that it is a decently clean and non-seedy place to shoot some pool. Being an Asian arcade the machines are always up to date and there’s even random snacks one can order up whilst playing.
