Dueck Richmond

First time calling Dueck to inquire about their services. I called to get a quote on an oil change, and instead the lady on the phone kept trying to up sell me stuff I didn’t even need to do to my car yet! She said my Toyota needed a wheel alignment for $ 170, a fuel injection, and synthetic oil change for $ 79. She offered me all these expensive service options first as oppose to my first question, the price of the oil change! Before even quoting me all those prices, she took down my contact details and mailing address, not sure why. She said that in the end if I did all these expensive services, I would save on gas mileage… haha, more like robbing me broke, not saving me gas. She even said these services were on sale.
Anyways, being suspicious, I checked the Toyota maintenance schedule via Google for my car model, and discovered I needed none of those services done on my car, it’s only at 32,000 kms! I will go back to Canadian Tire for my oil change at $ 40, with no up selling and friendly honest staff that aren’t hurting for money. The only reason I called Dueck was because they are right beside my workplace. You guys literally just sold yourselves short.

Worst people ever here. I went there with my Dad and my friend to get a service for his car and while waiting at the lobby I notice this Indian manager was screaming at this employee in front of us I was like wow how unprofessional for him to be doing this and when they want something they actually scream their name lol Then my Dad tried to talk to him to get his business with his employee in the office next thing you know he started telling us his employee how he screwed up on his job Lol we were like OK moving on upon while waiting for my dad’s car my friend daw his friend who works here not mentioning his name but he said he used to be the manager on the lot now he works at the call Centre. So my friend was asking for a deal on servicing his car if he ever decided to bring it here since my friend only wants details for his car and this guy told us to talk to Bruce or Aly and that we can pay cash with them I was like wow I’m very shock on how their employee to even suggest things like this maybe their good friends but for me and my dad as new here I really don’t wanna hear anything like this at all. Moving to Toyota!!!

My GMC Canyon was involved in a collision a few years back and I took it to the Dueck Dealership in Richmond to be repaired.
My rear axle was damaged and needed to be replaced.
Instead of replacing the rear axle with a new one, these jerks decided to try and repair the broken axle.
Within 24 hours of getting my vehicle back, I could feel something was wrong with the way my truck was handling. Other motorists on the road made a point of telling me that they thought my rear wheel looked like it was going to fall off at any moment.
These idiots at Dueck in Richmond put my life and the lives of other motorists in danger by not doing the specified job of replacing the broken axle with a new one. What they did is borderline criminal.
Steer clear of these guys!
