We just left this Dennys location after we sat for 20 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. The thing that really upset us was that the couple who showed up after us had their order taken and their drinks served. We have been to this location before. The booths are dirty and worn and the service is awful. I’m suprised the Dennys franchise has not shut this place down.

We came here for some brunch and was completely let down. Our eggs(over easy) we’re cooked through, my eggs Benny were cold and the turkey bacon was way overcooked. Another mention is that both washrooms were not clean. I’m not sure how this could all happen considering there were only 2 tables other than us… I’ll never be back to this location again.

It’s a Denny’s. What can I say… Service here is interesting. They’re usually quite friendly, which is nice for a place like this. Recently, our office booked a farewell lunch here. I browsed the menu carefully and realized«Dayum» it’s not cheap! When did Denny’s get so expensive??? I really couldn’t decide which item I’d rather over-pay for. Finally, I settled on one of their healthy choices: Cranberry Apple Chicken Salad. Sounds yummy but, man, oh man! How did they ruin that?! The vinaigrette dressing was just awful. It tasted like plain malt vinegar. The salad was just so sad and boring. I lost interest after the first few bites. It wasn’t crisp and colourful like it should be. Overall, I had to force myself to finish the salad. Mind you, this was a $ 16 salad too. I had a coffee with my salad, which was just OK. I had a lot of milk in it. This won’t ever be my favourite. I don’t like it. But, some of my colleagues just can’t stay away!

Almost a bit embarrassed to give such a high rating for such a bland, franchise, but guess what, had a good experience here surprisingly. It’s located in an off-track part of Rmd, as it’s generally visible off the Highway 99. This used to be the Cucumber Café a few years ago, so it’s a lot more funkier than your typical Denny’s. And not as open feel either, a lot of turns but plenty of light due to the glass interior. In fact, there’s an outdoor patio which seems to be only accessible once you get inside. Ordered the cheese/egg/bacon/avocado burrito-style wrap, w/hash browns, and guess what, I would recommend this, it’s more than decent value for $ 9.99 and good portion. Quite casual and free WIFI.
