I love watching the crepes being done. It is very hypnotizing to watch. I am not sure why all the negative reviews lately. I was there a few months ago(forgot the name of the place, however, was reminded recently). I came here with some friends on the way for some other Richmond action. I agree that it was $$$ but no different than the Grandville street crêpe places. I also had a coupon, therefore, didn’t spend as much as others have but would not spend $ 10 on a crêpe in general. I ordered a basic nutella banana. It was warm, not hot but this shouldn’t have been overly hot anyway as the nutella would’ve melted. Service was friendly.

I would suggest placing your order only when they are not busy My crêpe was soggy and thick, with added onion even though the menu did not say that this particular flavor included onions

Loved it! Found this little gem in the food court for breakfast. For a being a little mall food court it did not disappoint. Not sure why of all the bad reviews, the food was on point and delish! The young girl at the counter was super polite and friendly. All expectations of «mall food» we’re met and exceeded.

Ugh. worst $ 9 ever spent. I believe the original owners must’ve sold this to someone else, because I don’t remember it being so bad. SOBAD I actually gagged 2 bites in and threw out my crêpe … and I’m asian. we don’t waste food! I ordered the vegetarian crêpe– portabello, mozzarella, tomato, olives, lettuce. had me at portabello and mozzarella! Signs I should’ve ran away: 1) while the girl was pouring the batter… she broke the crêpe twice before getting right the 3rd time around… noob 2) she kept looking up at the menu board to see what goes in the crêpe… noobx2 3) as she started wrapping the crêpe– i noticed she didn’t put the portebello in– so I asked her why she didn’t put portebello? She replied«I already put the portebello cheese in»… I stood there for a moment, then told her«portebello is a mushroom» while pointing to it at her toppings table. She then opens my wrap and tells me she put cheese in there already. I repeat again that«portebello is a mushroom» hoping somehow she was just kidding me the whole time– but she takes a deep breath and puts 3 paper thin shreds of portebello in and then says«ok sorry». 4) after all the toppings– she took a «no name» bottle of vinegrette out of her fridge a soaks my crêpe in it … 5) the crêpe was rolled into a Styrofoam box– can’t even hold it to eat because it was soggy from the dressing dripping out of it This thing that cost $ 9 was seriously the worst thing I’ve ever tasted… and I’ve been to some sketchy places. My first bite was all crêpe… but that 2nd bite really had me tapping out. The«mozzarella» did not melt and remained in large clumps, the lettuce was freezing cold, the vinegrette was wayyy to sour, the combination just didn’t work… it got my gag reflexes going– I put down the crêpe. and walked away.(went to sbux to get some coffee to wash the taste out.) Never will I return! Horrible!!!

Located in the food court of Richmond Centre, this is a little stall selling crepes and gelato. Their crepes are nothing special really, below average at best. The crêpe is rubbery in texture and served to you cold(which is odd because they make it on the spot.) Not worth the $ 7 + I do like their gelato though, it’s reasonably good for a food court.

I would have to say this place does not even deserve a star but I am force to put on for this review. ************************************************************************** We came here last week and based on the website, and the locale, it should be good. Boy, were we disappointed! It shares a space with the Gelato place. We ordered a savory crêpe and sweet crêpe. The Savory was Crêpe Cordon Bleu, which should be Chicken stuffed with ham and melted cheese. What we got was deli diced chicken, deli ham, with a smattering of cheap cheese not even melted folded into a crêpe that is cold. We were there at lunch time on a Sunday and we were served pre-made Thick crepes that is the texture of a chewy wrap. No seasoning but included romaine lettuce inside the crêpe. If they had advertised it as a deli wrap, that would be more appropriate. The Sweet was the usual banana Nutella and strawberry, again it was cold. For the price we were charged, it’s not worth the time. The crêpe did not even smelled like they put real eggs in it. The corporate website promoted a special Chocolate Strawberry Wrap, but this franchise did not participate in this promo.

May be a 3.5 star for a food court, but at the newly renovated«Food Court’ which is now named the Dining Terrace, located on the upper floor. For $ 7.50, you sure get a lot of bananas & strawberries that would embarrass the DT Café Crêpe ones. Good nutella, powder sugar though I think the crêpe is more nicely done. Regardless, this is a pretty good alternative if you’re at the mall or close by, as there’ aren’t many crêpe choices in Rmd, other than that one at Aberdeen Centre. Only minor beef is the extra sheet of decorative paper they put on the paper plate makes it difficult to cut thru without worrying eating some of that paper.

It was my first time here at Crêpe De Licious & their amazing display of Froshberg gelato caught my eye. While ice cream is produced with cream, gelato is the healthier dessert alternative as its made from milk or water — and if that’s not good enough for you, Froshberg boasts about their use of natural ingredients. I came here around 8:30pm with my boyfriend and it was pretty busy so mad props to the girl behind the counter for being so patient with me and generous with the samples :) — I honestly wanted to try ALL the flavours… everything looked so good. After we sampled the Vanilla(boyfriend liked this), Dark Chocolate(this is good if you like the bitter cocoa taste but it’s not for everyone) & Peach Mango(don’t get this, it had an artificial aftertaste :\), we ended up spliting 3 scoops of my choice in a waffle bowl for just under $ 8 — SO worth it! We picked: Tiramisu, Green Tea & Lime. Tiramisu & Green Tea gelato: So, SO, soo good. I love how creamy their gelato is and it stayed icy! A lot of the gelato I’ve tried in the past either melts really quickly or its just too soft in general. Froshberg’s gelato stayed thick and creamy till the last spoon. Green Tea was rich with the matcha flavour and you could detect a hint of rum in the Tiramisu. Lime sorbet: It was full of flavour, and had just the right amount of acidity. It was a great palate cleanser. The waffle bowl was a miss though — wouldn’t get this again. Didn’t have enough cookie/doughy flavour to it. Definitely will be back for MORE Green Tea(faaavourite!) & I’ll most probably be trying the Vanilla, Pistachio and Coffee next! I also want to try their savoury & sweet crepes from the actual Crêpe De Licious section :) Overall, dessert was great but their hygiene? could be improved. The girl got my order wrong and gave me a Lemon sorbet instead of Lime. I didn’t notice this till I sat down and had a spoonful of my sorbet so I went back to the counter and notified another staff member. He was happy to fix my order for me but I noticed that he decided to scoop the Lemon sorbet back into the gelato bar instead of dumping it out. Not sure how happy the next customer for Lemon sorbet would be if they knew :\ …
