The worst experience! They were 6 hours late picking my stuff up in Calgary which meant my last night in town that was to spent with family, was ruined. No communication on that either. Then they were 5 days late delivering my stuff in Saskatoon. No communication. I would call and get rudely spoken to by every employee. The ‘general manager’ was so rude and inconsiderate. He wouldn’t even lets speak at some points and even hung up on me. Never received a certified scale reading but of course my 2 bedroom apartment weighed 2,0000 pounds more than the quote. They damaged multiple items including the screen door of my rental property. Do not use these people. They are crooks!!!

It’s not even that they lost pieces of our furniture, and left most of it covered in tape glue reside. It’s not that they charged us double the quote.
It’s just that I’ve never dealt with a company with as poor customer service. Their company policy must be to be 100% asshole all the time.

Terrible! Half our furniture was broken and the other half was coated in DUCT tape??? So many issues with these guys. Now waiting on a claim. I would not recommend using this company. They seem so disorganized and lazy. :(Wish I had never used them.
