Being a loyal customer of the Starbucks franchise, visiting this location disappointed me. After waiting at the counter for what seemed to be 3 minutes with 3 employees standing around ignoring my presence, I placed my order for a regular pike place roast. With a new batch not brewing fast enough, the employee began to pour hot water into my coffee. HOTWATERDOESNOTGOINCOFFEE, it dilutes it. After addressing my issue with the employee, she bitterly poured it out and said she would make another. In clear view, she began to tell her coworker what had happened, which she replied with, «seriously? They were watching you?!» … Yes of course I’m watching you! You’re pouring my coffee and trying to water it down!!! Never returning to this location again. Terrible service.

First, I’d like to start by saying, «I love Starbucks!» I’m new to the area and because I’m off from work I thought I’d have some me time. At about 11:20 today I entered. There was one other person in front of me and 3 – 4 people waiting for their beverages at the end of the counter. She made her order and moved to the waiting area. Three Starbucks representatives were behind the counter. The tall guy the helped the lady in front of me turned away from me and proceeded to clean the counter. Another SB representative walked away. The SB representative responsible for giving beverages had finished helping the waiting patrons. All 3 of them were available. I waited patiently to be helped for a matter of 20 to 30 seconds. I was the only person standing at the counter. I looked up at the menu, I checked the pastries(giving them the benefit of the doubt) and hoping that they’ll decide to help me. I could wait no longer! I turned and walked away without looking back. I don’t know what difference my writing this letter will make but, it helps me feel better. I too, work in customer service and I understand the importance. That was my first experience at this SB. How many other have been subjected?

Hands down the best Starbucks in the vicinity. Great interior, friendly personnel. One minor annoyance is somewhat crowded parking.

This Starbucks gets foot traffics from the mall customers. I suppose many customers, similar to us, drop by after lunch. Maybe because this location used to be a Timothy’s Coffee, its layout looks different from other Starbucks. First of all, the coffee counter is shorter. Secondly, the store is wider. With the additional width, the store seems more spacious than other Starbucks. The coffee is standard Starbucks. The services are friendly. Wifi works. No sofa, though.

This location replaced Timothys. Located at the North West portion of the larger strip mall complex that has a Wallymart and Metro. So far the quality as been so so. Today I went in and got a grande coffee — included(bonus) grinds and only whole milk/non-fat out. Wasn’t going to bother asking for the table cream — I was content with my drink with honey and no lactose. I was here on a previous time and it was very bitter — I had asked to wait and they waited but not until it was done as per my request. (Not to suggest this place suffers from this — but if they pour coffee before the entire process is done, the batch is destroyed — as coffee is brewed to get the proper balance you need to brew the ENTIRE lot based on the amount of grinds. If you pull a drink at the start, that person ends up with far too strong a coffee. If you do this enough at the start, the rest of the batch tends to be watery and without flavor). I will give this place a few more tries and amend the review as required. When going in this direction I tend to go to the location just past the 404(East) on Major Mack. FWIW — Hang out for students.

Maybe its new but lots of free samples. :) The service seems really superb too. Lots of good suggestions and really friendly. Good place to study for the students out there.(not sure if its really packed on weekdays though since its next to a high school) There is a nice patio(well decent patio) as well.

Starbucks did an excellent job transforming this old Second Cup location into a nice and welcoming space. Nice patio on the side. 2 large communal tables just great idea since it is located right across from a school… Quite a lot of high school students here after school, so might not be the best place if you want some quiet with minimum chattering…
