Worse location ever. I order drive through 3 times. Every single time there are missing items in the bag.

The worst MCD ever. Wait over 20 minutes for two Happy meal for my kids. Is this supposed to be fast food!
I will give them 0 star if I can.

Mcdonalds has always been my childhood favorite place to go but this location has disappointed me over and over again which I will NEVER step come back!
This is my second bad experience I have had at this location.
The first time I came to buy take out and asked for no salt on the fries. As I got home and started eating, I noticed my fries were soggy and cold. It only took me less than 5 mins to get home, how is it possible for the fries to be cold so fast and it was during summer time.
The second time, which was this time. We went in on a Saturday afternoon to grab coffee. There’s a new SPC promotion at McDonald’s where it’s buy one get one free speciality hot coffee, so we decided to try their speciality coffee.
There wasn’t a lot of people in line and only 2 cashiers opened. It took over 10mins for us to wait in line when I’m the second in line. The McCafe screen that shows what coffee they had were broken so we were unable to see the menu. When it was finally our turn, we asked if they had the roasted marshmallow, the cashier looked extremely lost like she didn’t understand what we were talking about. We explained that since the menu screen they had was turned off we had to look up the McCafe menu online which roasted marshmallow was listed. She then seemed like she came back to earth and told us no. So we just ordered a mocha and cappuccino, we show her a SPC card with student ID and she felt lost again as of why we’re showing her that. We had to tell her the promotion and she seemed lost, she asked another employee standing behind her and she, seemed lost too and said she doesn’t know of such promotion.
How is it possible when the menu screen above their heads are showing the promo and 2 of the employees working there do not know of such!!!
They had to finally get the manager over to solve this issue. As we got our coffees, we weren’t asked how we would like them, so it was just made with no sugar and was given none either. The employee that made our coffee seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing at all, so our cups were only 80% including the froth milk. I felt like I was RIPPED OFF big time by this McDonalds! I paid more than $ 2 for a small coffee and I only get 80% of the cup and tasted horrible also cause coffee was not hot but warm!
PLEASE MCDONALD’S, IF YOU CAN’T HIRE BETTER STAFF THAN KIDS THAT DON’T CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY’RE DOING, JUST DO US ALL A FAVOUR AND DON’T!!!
IF NOT YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO PROPERLY TRAIN YOUR STAFF MEMBERS!!!

The only positive is location. Was having dinner in the area so dropped by to kill some time, enjoy a tea and a small serving of WiFi. WiFi was non existent. After the initial hand shake, the connection was lost. The seating areas could use some clean up as there is much debris on the ground and I even found some nail clippings on the table. Shame for both! The tea could not be screwed up but many people around were complaining about the overly salty fries (cannot verify). I may try the smaller McDonalds at Walmart across the street if I am looking to burn time and take advantage of their WiFi.

«could not find it I think its closed» … Serious? It’s a pretty big McDonald’s LOL! Another McDonald’s, 3 stars. Service the same as usual, food is the same as well.

This is one of my favourite McDonald in town.
It is not a huge McDonald, but it is quite okay! Staff are very nice and also it is very clean indeed.
It also have a 24 hrs drive thru, so don’t worries to have McDonald late in the night.

No issues in the past. Today egg mcmuffin wiff bacon okay — English muffin a wee bit over toasted one side but not burnt.
Mastercard pay pass at POS failed to work (have two cards). Next time I will dock a star for that alone.

Worst McDonald’s they wouldn’t fill our refills through the driver threw!

Let me state clearly at the beginning that I am a fan of McDonald’s. I know it’s bad, fatty, processed, blahblahblah but you know when the craving hits you for some of those delicious delicious fries (among other McD’s offerings), you gotta go get some!
Having said that, this is without a doubt the ABSOLUTE WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Now, most people would think that, since all McD’s have uniform taste, I’m complaining about the service. That’s only partially true.
Yes, the service is abysmal. The drive-​thru service here is one of the worst and slowest of all fast food retailers. I have been to countless McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Burger King etc. drive-​thrus and never have I seen such a slow pace as the one I experienced here. I used to think maybe it was a one-​off thing. But no, I clocked and averaged my time, and in the 3 – 4 times I’ve been there last year, I averaged 20 – 25 minutes!!! That’s unacceptable. Yes, the lineups were always long. However a comparably long lineup at the nearby Burger King was took up only half as much time.
But then wait, there’s more! Yep. The food. IT. TASTES. AWFUL. I mean, how could you do that? Their Filet-​o-​Fish is always the blandest (read my other reviews to see how much I have a vendetta against bland food), the fries are always soggy, and the less said about the McNuggets the better.
McDonald’s is bad for you. FACT. So at least, when you do decide to go, you want it to taste good. Let’s not disguise the fact that people eat fast food for its taste. I see many documentaries and people say they eat it because it’s cheap, convenient, etc. Let’s just be honest. It’s the taste. So therefore, don’t go to this location, please. You’ll end up with bad food with bad taste that’s bad for you.
And did I mention you had to PAY for all these privileges?
