Country Style

I used to go here when it was the previous owners. They were friendly, nice and always helpful. Today I went in with the new management it was not a good experience AT ALL! The guy behind the counter was helpful though. Anyways, previous owners had baked goods that had deals (cookies 2 for $ 1) which I was looking around for but then this lady (maybe manager) came out from out back and asked can I help you? and said it in a rude way and told me that they don’t have the deals anymore that this is under new management but the way she said it she gave so much attitude, Like relax. The cookies were small, hard and pricey. I didn’t see any soups anymore which I used to come here to get the soups all the time. You would think that under new management and you’re trying to attract customers but this was at lunch time, no cars in the parking lot, I was the second customer in the café when previously it used to be packed with people. Customer service is key. That is no way to be speaking towards customers who you would want as returning customers. I wont be coming back and i’m sure neither are my colleagues who used to come here all the time.
