Blarney Stone Pub & Restaurant

The Blarney Stone is a quiet place to talk with friends. Cheap wings, quiet music and a warm feel give you the atmosphere to enjoy any visit to the pub. Along with the many sports broadcasts, there are multiple pool tables to entertain yourself. It’s a place to be social.

I take my mom out for lunch a couple times a month. We like to try new places. So this time we chose the blarney stone. I’m sorry to say I was quite embarrassed for them. The food took 35 minutes to get there. when I inquired if they couldn’t catch the cow. The waitress was
a chef I know how long it takes to cook a dish. And what does a Chinese know about owning an Irish pub?. I’m not racist in the least. but really the meat was a frozen patty called the blarney burger. the carmelized onions were raw. when we inquired. The owner said to send them back and cook more. after waiting for 40 minutes already. she also gave me attitude. What ever happened to the customer is always right? The waitress gave us a discount. Than passed on the earfull to us, that she received from the owner. I’m surprised that establishment is even open. I sure hope the Irish never go there. The Irish in me was quite put off. But my dogs enjoyed the frozen burger patty I brought home to them. I now wish I would have went back into the kitchen and showed them how to cook. But I had shopping to do with my mom. Oh well someday we will look back at this and laugh. People check the rating before you go into a place. My honey was out getting me a new phone at the time. Now mom’s and my lunches will be great. Because I have the app.

The Blarney Stone is a medium sized Irish pub tucked away in the corner of a strip mall.
I went to the Blarney stone on a weekday night it was unfortunately empty. I had supper with a friend and order the taco salad while he had a chicken Caesar salad. I enjoyed my taco salad which was quite large and served with a lot of beef in a taco shell bowl. My friend also enjoyed his salad but claims that it may have been the cause of his food poisoning that night. As I did not experience any of that discomfort, I am not sure if the Blarney Stone was truly to blame but it was a part of my rating.
The Blarney Stone has some VLTs, video games, dart boards, pool table, and foosball. There are plenty of TVs with sports games on as well.
The service we received was nice and the prices were a little higher than I expected but still reasonable.
I plan to come back to the Blarney Stone on a night where there will be more people and hopefully a more enjoyable atmosphere.
