Great little grocery in old town. Just enough selection of anything you might need. Great place to grab a bottle of wine or a beer to take back to your room. Decent selection of snacks.

This is the only grocery store within the Vieux Quebec city walls. If you are staying in Vieux Quebec (i.e. Château Frontenac and environs), this is the closest grocery by far. As the other reviewer notes, it is a very small, basic store. The prepared foods near the deli case are pretty good; I had a great little ham and cheese quiche for a reasonable price. I’m giving it only 3 stars because I didn’t find the bread that the other reviewer raved about and the fruit selection was not inspiring: bananas, oranges and grapes.

This is fairly basic grocery store inside the walls of Vieux Quebec. Generally, a good selection of basics with some fresh fruit and deli items. I would have given it 3 stars, but they had some of the best bread I tried while in Quebec for a week. I kept going back for the french baguette, and that got them a 4th star.
