History
Established in 2011.
Shannon has her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counselling and is registered as a Canadian Clinical Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She has 13 years of direct clinical practice behind her. In 2001 her passion to help others led her to work as an addictions counsellor for youth and family at a non-profit outpatient clinic. In 2007, at the same clinic, she undertook her first great enriching challenge to become the Executive Director. In this position her focus shifted to adult and couples counselling. In 2010, Shannon’s heart led her back to working with youth who suffer with mental health and addiction issues. Now she is looking to expand her practice to continue working with youth and families, which includes individual, couple and group sessions, as well as, presenting educational workshops and seminars.
