They were 1 hour late. Fair enough it was a busy night with Christmas parties. The driver came around the corner to meet us huffing back a cigarette, so it now stunk like smoke the whole ride home. He couldn’t have smoked in his car? I asked for a receipt at the end so I could get reimbursed. They said I would have to call head office to get one. Multiple calls to try and get a receipt. They have not sent a receipt yet and it’s been 5 weeks. Horrible customer service. Use another company

Terrible business, goes into stores and steals competitors business cards and throws them away. Do not do business with these people they are selfish and rude!!!

The easiest way to get both car and drunken fools home in one piece. Once we finally found «A Safe Ride» (thank you the Shore 104) all we had to do was make a call. Two awesome people arrived to pick us up, one drove our car, and the other drove behind.
If you’re going to be leaving before midnight, you should have no problem getting a ride, if it’s after 1am, reserving is a safer bet. We called a day ahead to reserve. It was only $ 40 from West Vancouver to downtown and worth every penny. It would have been double had we cabbed there and back and making that morning trek to retrieve an abandoned car with a «wedding» hangover is never a pleasant way to spend a Saturday morning.
