Desserts looked delicious, but unfortunately we did not get to try them. We patiently waited for 10 min at the counter while 2 staff completely ignored us. Desserts under the glass were not labeled. They were cracking jokes between themselves and didn’t look busy at all, We left and went elsewhere.

Nata’s is an awesome and chill place to study, relax, and enjoy a hot delicious beverage. Also, to the(cute) blonde chick; you are right, the chai tea latte is delicious.

Really like this café that is located in Peterborough’s downtown core. The café has a rustic feel to it with a modern spin. They know how to make macchiatos properly which says a lot! Free wifi throughout and they even bring you your coffee while you sit and relax. They also sell baked goods such as cookies and slices of cake. Recommended if your travelling from a big city and are looking for a authentic coffee in a small city. One more thing to mention, from what I can see parking may be a problem. It’s located beside a Main Street so it’s recommend you park somewhere else and walk. Highly recommended!

I am surprised with so many coffee shop and little cafes in and around Peterborough downtown area. Natas Café was one of them. A place to meet up with your friends and have a espresso drink or a quick bite. Cappuccino and Double Espresso were decent and both has a fruity aftertaste. The barista though seemed to have some problem with the espresso machine when I was there and the wait for drinks were quite long even when the place is not busy. Probably would be checking out other options when I am in town next time!

Great place to hang with friends, to do homework or have a relaxed business meeting. Try the hot chocolate or London fog!

Some friends were visiting from the«big city» and we wanted to go out for after-dinner dessert and coffee. They are huge espresso aficionados so we went to Natas. We had espresso and shared three fabulous desserts, each different but delicious! Our friends were quite impressed with the quality of the coffee and the perfect crema atop the espressos. It was just the right kind of spot to end the evening — comfortable but with a modern décor that’s not over the top. They were impressed which made us proud of our great little foodie town.

Being a creature of habit, I had never visited Natas until today. I tend to return to the places I know and love when i visit Peterborough. I’m glad I tried something new. The space is lovely, clean and open, with lots of available seating. There are chandeliers over the counter, which works well for a girl who’s having a love affair with chandeliers this year. And, the piece de resistance, the chandeliers are hanging from a beautiful tin ceiling! My cappuccino was delish — yummy dark espresso and milk steamed to just hot enough. And presented with a lovely flowery thing drawn in the foam. Very classy. With all this effort put toward creating a nice atmosphere and good presentation, it boggles the mind the hear that they were playing the radio rather than carefully selected music. Nothing destroys atmosphere faster than the jarring yammering of radio commercials. That brings natas down to only four stars in my books.

Natas has become the go-to place for me for any meet-up. Comfortable atmosphere, never too loud or obnoxious, comfy chairs and free wireless. Centrally located downtown it is easy for everyone to find(although may be hard to park near during the day. Parking garages are only a few blocks away though). Excellent baked goods(made locally) and a great selection of coffees and teas. Give Natas a try if you’re looking to meet a friend or just get away for a few hours in the evening and want to surf the net for a while.

Nata’s Café is a downtown gem that I just recently started frequenting. The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting and the staff are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I go in both for coffee gabs with friends and also to curl up in one of their comfy chairs to read. You’ll always find hard working students sprinkled throughout with their laptops and people enjoying the day’s newspaper. I’ve only tried their Chai latte which I love. If you’re staying to drink your bevvie they always invite you to find your spot to sit and they will bring your drink over to you. Lattes are always topped with a little foam art which I get a kick out of each time with a new design. Lots of pastries and eats to choose from as well including gluten-free baking. I highly recommend your next coffee be at Nata’s!
