I don’t even know where to begin on how bad they are.
If I could give it no stars I would, most of the employees i dealt with were rude and had a serious attitude.
They give you a ticket when you walk in with your phone with code and don’t tell you to make sure you keep it, so When my phone was ready I accidentally miss placed it but I knew the code and they were refusing to give me my phone back with an attitude even though I could tell them information about me that I gave them before they took my phone and Im a paying customer.
It took them three months to fix my phone and in that three months I got no updates at all unless I called and most of the time they would tell me they would call back in 15 minutes or by the end of the day and not once did they call back.
When I got my phone back the problem i brought it in for was fixed but another part was broken and the whole back of my phone was scratched and dinged up, not to mention when I was in there i overheard three other customers complaining about phones they bought from them were over heating, not working after they got worked on and paid for and breaking down.

I used this company to repair a broken home button for my iPhone. They were fast, repairing the phone within 1 hour. They were also cheaper than most services in Ottawa ($ 50). It was effective, with a 3-​month guarantee. I would recommend this store as a phone-​repair service. They also sell mobile phones and some electronics, as a registered Bell retailer.
