This place continues to impress — and not in a good way. I’d elaborate but just trust me — I am emailing their head manager. I know it will come to nothing, but it’s doubly funny when clueless, rude, unapologetic staff wear Burberry shirts.
Try not to shop here if at all possible. Really. If something is 50% off, I’ll understand.

Went in on a quiet evening. There were a million staff on duty. About five of them smiled or nodded at me, a couple others failed to acknowledge me entirely, but all of them continued their conversations with one another while I looked at a very specific item I needed help getting (a shoe size). I stood with the display shoe in my hand while looking straight at two employees having a conversation. Decided to give my business to someone else, it’s a shoe I can get other places. Won’t be back.
