It’s with dismay, this review is to advise that the Sens Store at Rideau Centre has been closed for over a year now.
Kind of an bewildering decision when one considers the daily traffic jam of humanity that walks to & from the food court.
If you are looking for the Ottawa Senators official team store, they currently have two outlets at shopping malls, in addition to the Ottawa Senators official team store at the arena.

I can’t believe I stepped foot into this place.
No, it wasn’t bad. Well it was bad because it was selling merchandise that I just can’t support. As a diehard Leafs fan I considered sporting shades and a hat to browse this store.
I had a Sens addict on my Christmas list so I figured this was the place to start their shopping and I started it here and ended it here.
I agree with the others who have said there isn’t that much original here but what I liked was that it was a one stop shop. I got my colleague a nice Sens mug (which I had to see every day at work!) and crossed them off the list.
The store isn’t that large but it’s full of Sens «stuff». If you have a hardcore sports fan on your list you may want to consider merch that is a bit less — tacky like an original autographed item and this place didn’t have much of that but was great for kids shopping or small Sens items.

It’s pretty obvious what they sell here — Sens EVERYTHING. If you’re an Ottawa Senators fan, or you’re looking to buy something for someone who is, you’ll be sure to find it here.
Everything in here is authentic and caters to all ages. They sell jerseys, t-​shirts, hats, other clothing and accessories, towels, stuffed animals and toys, cups and glassware, jewelry, keychains, pins, stickers, things for pets. the list goes on and on. You can even have something custom-​made, like a personalized jersey or gift. They also have Game Day Specials and giveaways, when you can stop by the store to pick up noisemakers, inflatable light up sticks, and other banners and signs for free. In addition to Sens gear, they also sell Team Canada merchandise.
There isn’t too much here that you can’t find at other stores for a more reasonable price, but it is a one-​stop shop for all Sens gear. They also have a Capital Tickets outlet here, where you can actually purchase Sens tickets.

Hockey fans and Senators fan, you finally have a place exclusively devoted to Sens gear!
This specialty store at the Rideau Centre opened this past summer, and while small, has a lot of punch packed in. Unfortunately, most of the things found here (jersey’s, shirts, hats, etc) can be found at other sports stores such as the Sports Experts, and cheaper.
There are a few ‘official’ memorabillia items that are only found, but other than that there is not much else present.
