I was looking for socks. Have tried a few stores already and been out of luck finding socks with more than 50% cotton. I was in the St. Laurent mall for another reason and was reluctant to go to Sears because in my 50 + years I have always found the employees at Sears snotty, contemptuous and extremely rude.
I was surprised!!! Really surprised, when I walked through the men’s wear department and was asked if I found what I was looking for! First time ever at Sears. The young man was busy folding men’s shirts but took the time to help me find socks that were on sale (and more than 50% cotton). He was very polite, very well spoken, and a cutey-patootey to boot! I bought socks at Sears because of this young man!
Almost forgot, walked through women’s wear and employees were too busy talking about their up-coming weekends. Typical Sears attitude.
