Founded by a nurse, our total care approach helps seniors keep their independence at home, while providing families with peace of mind and some relief from the stress they so often feel.

They will work closely with you to manage all of your health care needs. They will meet with your family regularly (no charge with ongoing service) to ensure complete satisfaction.

Irene Martin, a registered nurse with over 35 years experience in the health care field, founded Retire-​At-​Home™ on the guiding principles of dignity, respect and independence for seniors.

By servicing one client at a time and always ensuring that each client received the best possible care, she has built an organization of dedicated, caring professionals that represent her philosophies of total quality care.

Mrs. Martin advocates for seniors and community organizations by donating her time and money to many worthy causes. She has made community involvement a focus in her personal life and always ensures that Retire-​At-​Home is a good corporate community partner.

Mrs. Martin was recently chosen as Business Woman Entrepreneur of the Year by the Ottawa Women’s Business Network.
