History

Established in 1998.

Ideal Caregivers was created by Carol Margerum 1998. During those years, Carol had devoted her time, efforts and energy to helping the Ottawa Community and serving every client the best way she could. For those of us who knew Carol knew how important it was was for Ideal Caregivers to exceed every expectation the clients needed. Sadly she passed away on January 05, 2015 and in appreciation of her legacy, Nancy Dahdah has accepted to carry on Carol’s torch and continue operating her company exactly the way she imagined it to be and now we are Ideal Caregivers 4u!

Nancy offers 25 years in the Health/​Dental Field with a strong background of academic and practical experience in sales, marketing, administration, and leadership. Nancy’s ability to apply her business and interpersonal skills make a difference to the overall operations of the company, strategic planning, and overseeing the staff.

Nancy also values the importance of the initial contact with clients, families and professionals seeking home care services and serves as the calm presence and empathetic listener that is needed during stressful times and crises.
