I can’t believe that I am the first to review these guys. Mr. Rooter is awesome. I’ve had them do several plumbing jobs over the years. The first was a leaky toilet which had to be replaced. They did not pressure us to buy a toilet through them or anything. We went to Home Depot and bought our own toilet and they came over and removed the old one and installed the new one. They have a 1, 3 and 5-year«advantage plan» that you can purchase and then you get a discount on all their services for 1, 3 or 5 years respectively. We bought the 1 year plan and since they did such a great job with the first toilet, within the year we had them replace our other toilet too(it was still working fine, but was very old so would have likely needed replacing soon anyway). Glen was the plumber who did our toilets. He was very friendly and good. A few years later, we had a problem with our dishwasher always backing up. We called Mr. Rooter to look under our kitchen sink. They always try to send the same plumber but by this time we were told that Glen no longer worked for them. So we got Petr instead. Petr was very professional, courteous, and great. He was very diplomatic in telling us that the plumbing under our sink was«interesting» and he’s not quite sure why the plumbing was routed that way. It was also not to code. Yes, after having been in the house for a few years, we were well aware that our house at some point belonged to a do-it-yourselfer who did lots of things in «interesting» ways. Anyway, Petr re-did the plumbing under the sink, brought it up to code, and our dishwasher has not backed up since. Petr also gave us a Mr. Rooter pen, fridge magnet, and figurine(a bendy figure like Gumby) — AWESOME! Considering how pricey the sink job was, the freebies made it sting less, lol. They have a big binder of prices for every procedure, so you know that everyone is being charged the same prices. They are not cheap, but their work is good quality. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing problems.
