While the cashiers are friendly and greet you as you enter, the men who are supposed to help you fid things are usually so busy chatting with their buddies that the don’t have time to help a lady.
Much better experience at the George St Home Hardware (Trudel).
All of the guys there know their stuff and are super helpful.

A neighbourhood hardware store with excellent selection and a much more pleasurable experience than shopping at a box hardware store. Don’t go on Sundays though — avoid the Sunday staff as they seem much less willing to help out than staff during the rest of the week.
