Dayani Castro started D. Castro Bookkeeping Services in 2014 to provide a customized bookkeeping service to new, small and medium sized businesses. The company main aim is to create customized bookkeeping processes for each clients by taking into account client needs, abilities and budgets.

These plans include the ability for the client to outsource some or all bookkeeping tasks or be trained using the latest in accounting software including QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, ADP Payroll, or, to simplify matters, Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets.

Dayani Castro brings 15+years experience in providing bookkeeping and tax preparation services and implemented financial processes in the fields of law, technology, real estate and banking.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Dayani listens carefully to client needs in order determine financial bookkeeping, budgetary and time management requirements. She customizes client accounting systems to client ability levels through the use of a variety of office productivity and accounting industry software which includes Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), QuickBooks, Simply Accounting and ADP payroll.

Today, this bookkeeper is engaged by both full service Accounting and Law Offices to oversee daily client payroll, tax and expense operations. Recently, she founded her own bookkeeping company, D. Castro Bookkeeping Services, where she engages new business and small business owners to discern client needs and implement proper bookkeeping services.
