Brachic

I had a terribly upsetting experience at this store! The sales associate who did the fitting for me brought me one bra after another that did not give me the support I needed. Instead of coming up with solutions or offering to order something in for me, she was insulting and rude and made a comment about how with breasts as large as mine, my options were limited and I shouldn’t be so picky!!! She was probably an A cup herself. I wish specialty bra stores hired larger breasted women to be part of their staff so they could actually have empathy for their clients. After she could not find anything suitable for me, she looked visibly exasperated and when I walked out of the fitting room and the store, she did not even say goodbye. I will NEVER return.

After hearing countless reviews, I decided to visit Brachic. The sales associate didn’t spend much time on my measurement, but that’s to be expected with her experience… at least that’s what I thought. Each bra she brought me just didn’t fit. We changed bra sizes three times, and to that end, I was still unable to find one that fit me. Don’t think I’ll be returning.
