Assured Concordia Ottawa East

I’ve taken my current car to Assured Concordia Ottawa East twice in the last few years for body work (the damage was not my fault; I wasn’t near the car in either case). In addition, I have a basis for comparison, as I had to twice have body work done on my previous car, for similar reasons. I’ve seen work I’ve regretted having done, but none of it done by Assured Concordia.
The first incident involved replacing and repainting both the front and rear bumpers, and I selected Assured Concordia (then Concordia CarStar) based on price. They were competitively priced, and the estimate clearly delineated all the work. I liked that their policy was to avoid fiberglass fillers, and that their work has a lifetime warranty. They had the car for nearly a week, but the work was beyond reproach. I did have a concern about the fitment of the rear bumper in one corner, but I addressed it to them immediately, and they took it directly into the shop and corrected it.
The second incident involved damaged to a wheel well and rear door, and, in this case, involved Assured having to source a replacement part, cut out the damaged part, weld in the replacement, then paint it to match. Again, the work was very impressive; without knowing where the damage existed, it would be quite impossible to spot where it had occurred.
Overall, though having to get automotive body work done is not fun, I’ve found Assured Concordia to do excellent work, and to be pleasant to deal with, and can recommend them without reservation.
