Best Price Auto Parts & Service

Went to test drive a vehicle at Best Price Auto. The young person (sorry his name escapes me) was super nice, very personable individual. Made we want to deal with this company.
But that quickly changed when we returned the vehicle. We were met by Russ (the son of the owner). We told him that we liked the vehicle and it drove nicely but we noticed that there was some rust and leaking. With an attitude he said he would only fix what needed to be fixed to pass the certification. As we were telling him our concerns, his frustration and rudeness became more and more apparent. We told him not to be so rude and that we were not walking away from a possible deal, but we wanted to see what could be fixed by them, etc. At this point, his words to us were ««keep talking and the price of this vehicle is going up», followed by «if you wanted a new vehicle there is a Ford dealership just down the road» and then «what do you want me to do re-​build it». At this point we handed back his keys. Very very rude. I can’t believe it. I feel bad for the poor young man that was trying to help make them a sale.
We drove down the street, and purchased a vehicle at Lancaster Auto Sales — much better service and much better vehicle for not much more price.
The only reason they received one star is because I could not post without it. One star is two stars too many.
