It’s really very simple, our goal is to help home sellers sell their homes quickly and for the most amount of money possible. We do this by visiting our clients homes and making note of any minor repairs or updates that may be needed, as well as our recommendations to create great curb appeal, maximize space, accentuate the positive features of the property and create buyer appeal. We then spend the time with our clients helping them develop a plan for getting the work done, a budget for completing the work and as much or as little help as they need.

Once the work has been completed we can return to showcase the property so that it looks it’s best for the listing photos, after all, the vast majority of potential buyers will be introduced to a property on the internet.

History

Established in 2014.

Access Home Staging was founded in 2014 but the business actually began under the name of Stacie Chamberlin Designs in 2008.

I took my first home staging course in 2008 and was hooked! I have always loved all things interior design related but love the idea of being able to use my talents to design spaces for an unknown, future owner and I love the challenge that comes with needing to complete projects quickly and usually on a very tight budget. It’s tremendously rewarding to know that I have helped someone move on to the next stage of their lives by helping them sell their current home quickly and for the most money possible.

My home staging business allows me to meet some pretty amazing home owners, Realtors and other professionals and provide services that I know makes a difference in the lives of my clients.
