Looking for a different grilled chicken meal on a Friday night? Nando’s is the place to go. Portuguese stile chicken is a real treat. If you like spicy food they have several spicy sauces to meet your personal taste. Enjoy!

Been here several times. The sandwich was not so great last time I was here. The two piece platter is still my favorite spice level hot. Wish they had a soda fountain machine. I recommend.

I’ve been to other restaurants from this chain and this one is on par with the others. Excellent chicken paired with fast, courteous and friendly service. I had the ¼ chicken(breast and wing) with a side of coleslaw. Yummy.

Seriously great peri-peri chicken. Spicy means spicy. Not for the faint of heart. The garlic sauce is delicious but also hot. Yes, the service is weird — they bring menus then you order at the cash then they deliver to your table. If you can’t get used to that there’s always take out. Peri-peri fries were crispy and spicy(of course) and the peri-peri veggies were spicy but a little too oily. But the chicken makes it all worthwhile.

Chicken was good the first time I went but I am no longer staying for dine-ins as the dining room is always a mess. The front of house staff always appear lazy. Very young girls, not attentive at all. I sat at 3 different tables, all of which were dirty and sticky. Food almost everywhere on the floor like 5 families with young kids just left. Didnt see anyone of the 4 to 5 waitress walkbys in an effort to clean it up. Left after waiting 15 minutes for the wait staff then left out of boredom and hunger. Looks like a case of lazy management system to me. We can only hope it gets better. I’ll give it one last shot tonight.

Good food but crappy service seems to be the consensus about this place. I went with my husband and in-laws for mother’s day. Three of us ordered a quarter chicken with side, and I ordered the portobello mushroom on pita with a side dish. I saw that the mushroom sandwich had a chilli jelly on it so I asked if it was spicy and was told that I could get it spicy as per their standard spiciness scale. I asked to get it mild. We also got two soft drinks and two glasses of wine, and the total was around $ 60 before tip. We sat down and waited for about 20 minutes without getting any food or drinks. The waitress came and told us it about another half hour to get our food as they had run out of chicken! Of course, she took the opportunity to bring us our drinks at the same thing, so it was a little late for us to choose to go elsewhere(also, we had already paid). But we were starving by this point, so I asked if we could have a side dish or something to eat while we waited. She disappeared and returned saying we could have pita and dip, which was welcome news. I asked for a glass for my soft drink was told they were out of ice, but that I could indeed have a glass. The pita and hummus and red pepper dip was good but the hummus was ultra spicy. Eventually our food did come. My wrap was good, but it was SPICY. I knew it. It wasn’t that bad but I am a wuss and I would have preferred it mild. It was also in a wrap and not in a pita as requested. Getting condiments was a bit difficult but we were able to get the various sauces and so on. To be clear, the waitress was nice. The whole set up and organization of the place just doesn’t work and that is the problem. For example, when telling people who have been waiting 20 minutes for their food that it will be another 30 minutes, THEY should have offered us a side dish of our choice rather than us having to ask. But yeah, I left full, and the food was decent. I probably wouldn’t choose to go back, but I would return if the people I was with wanted to go. I would just probably have a snack first.

For the price, the chicken at Nando’s is spectacular. For pick up orders, the great taste remains when you arrive home. I buy the chicken sandwich with level 2 spice. They actually have Corona and Keith’s for dining in.

I had heard all my Friends talking about Nando’s and how great it was. So once I heard that one had opened nearby I decided to go try it. I went with a groups of friends we were about 10 people. The décor was very nice, the atmosphere was open and inviting. However the restaurant was a little bit small not to many seats. They have an open style grill area where you can see the chefs cooking your chicken on the grill. As for the food it was decent(I ordered the chicken kebabs and we shared a chicken roast and some wedges with their hot peri peri sauce. The chicken was well cooked and the sauce was flavorful but had to much Tabasco style hot sauce(you could taste that vinegar type taste). While the food was ok the service was quite slow. It took about 40 minutes for the first dish to be served. And by the time some people got their individual dishes other people had already finished eating theirs.(It was about 30 minute time difference between the first and last dish to be served). Was not impressed other than that the service was very friendly. Just wish the food would have been served faster. I might try it again but with less people next time because I don’t think they can handle large groups.

Good chicken place for a quick lunch. Good value for money. Give it a try for that reason. I will go back.
