Very good brunch. I had eggs Benedict and my friend had banana Carmel waffles. A mountain of bananas!

This location is open again. Not sure why it was closed but the service and food seems like any other Cora’s — pretty good. Exactly what I expected. Not very busy first thing Sunday morning, but maybe people think it’s still closed?

They closed their doors for good with one day notice to their employees(I heard), but pretty much samething for clients. I was there one day and te next day they were closed

It always seems like a good idea, but always leave a little disappointed. Fruit is good, but that’s about it. Boring

Absolutely the worst service and the food quality is very poor compared to any other Cora’s we have ever been to. Would not recommend wasting your time or money here. Half the time your food will not come together if you are in a group of only four or if the food does come its lacklustre and thrown together. Would suggest they get some trained staff with manners that know how to not only serve food but also cook the food.

I have never had a bad experience at any of the Cora’s I have been to until I went to this one. I am not sure if they were short staffed or not but the waitress was scarce and the food took forever to come and when it finally came it was luke warm so obviously it had been sitting around for a while and the overall quality of the food wasn’t great. After our meal we waited 20 mins for the bill and I finally had to go and track down the waitress as she never came back to our table.

Normally I love Cora’s, from I have visited several Cora’s in Alberta and British Columbia and this one in Okatokes is the worst one by far. Don’t ask for tuna melt, they can’t make it, burn the toast or cheese is not melted at all and cold. We actually made an attempt several times at this location because Cora’s everywhere else is very good, but not in Okatokes. One point manager came up and said it was difficult to make(the tuna melt). What can I say not the best of management, they use too much powder sugar on other dishes, over all very poor customer service and I hope they bring up the A game. I will try them a year from now. Keeping fingers crossed as this location is convenient for me.

Cora’s offers delicious breakfast options for carnivores and vegetarians alike. All of their menu items include mountains of fresh fruit which puts Cora a head above its competition. The food has a freshness not normally found in a franchise. The use of sauces and cheese are outstanding. The hollandaise sauce at Cora’s is particularly good with its silky texture and buttery flavour making it a menu must-have. The custard is equally good, and carries with it hints of vanilla and lemon flavour to be ate with your mountains of fruit.

Having been a fan of Chez Cora Dejeuners since I discovered them in Montréal back in the late 90’s, I’m happy to say the franchise still follows the basic feel of the original. I was in Okotoks, and bumped into the one here by chance(thank you Unilocal!). Got here at 11.30 on a Sunday morning, and was seated fairly quickly, though there was a periodic line up at the door. It’s a popular place — deservedly so. I had the Cora Special, and was taken care of by Lisa. Everything was great, a short wait for my order, still quick considering that they were full. Definitely coming back if I’m in the area again, highly recommended.

Cora’s is a guaranteed good brunch. The offer a wide variety of dishes from health fruit dishes to big places of waffles and pancakes. This Cora’s is generally pretty busy so it is sometimes difficult to get your order in and get your coffee topped up. When I’m having brunch I need an endless stream of coffee and if I have to ask you’re going to fall down in my books. Overall one of the best places for brunch in Okotoks and the consistency that Cora’s has all over Alberta is what you can expect.

After a morning class of hot yoga on a Sunday, Spence and I were wanting Cora’s so we decided to freshen up and hit the Cora’s way down south on 130thSE. When we arrived in the parking lot, it was about 1:00pm there was a HUGE line going outside. It was a colder day, so we decided not to wait in the outside line. Spence wanted to go to Okotoks to go to the Costco anyway, so we hit up the Cora’s there. When we arrived at, there was a lot of parking and it wasn’t too busy! We got sat right away, and saw there were a few empty tables. Our server Melissa greeted us right away, she was very friendly, telling us the smoothies and fruit cocktails of the day. Spence ordered the sunshine panini crêpe with ham and a side of hollandaise sauce, I ordered the eggs benedict with asparagus and swiss cheese as well as bacon for an additonal cost. We shared a strawberry satisfaction which is a crêpe filled with strawberries and nutella, topped with whipped cream. When we were ordering the strawberry satisfaction, she asked if we wanted the ‘baby’ size, she mentioned it was smaller but a good size. We’ve ordered the stawberry satisfaction at the other Cora’s locations so we figured the regular would be a good size to share(and we didn’t even know there was a ‘baby’ size). Our food didn’t take too long to arrive, but when it did arrive, we were shocked! The strawberry satisfaction was a foot long! It was HUGE! Melissa said«I told you!». Spence told her that when we ordered the same thing at the other Cora’s it was smaller, maybe half the size. And she said, «The quantity here is much more than the other Cora’s» Everything was so delicious. My eggs benedict was great, popping the runny yolk and letting it run onto everything was yummilicious! Spence enjoyed his panini crêpe as per usual. And we both loved the strawberry satisfaction! We each finished our plates, AND the huge strawberry satisfaction(we were pretty hungry) and Cora’s Okotoks definitley hit the spot. Our bill came about to ~40(we pretty much ordered for 3 and had extra sides). Which we thought was decent. While we were leaving we said to eachother«People are probably still waiting outside at the other Cora’s». I finished with a complimentary sweet maple brown sugar square near the cashier. Excellent service, best quantity & quality, and an overall great experience. We left still talking about how good everything was. Definitly worth the extra drive!!!

Very fresh fruit is the first thing that comes to mind. I enjoyed at least a half-pound of fresh fruit on my waffle and my eggs benedict plate. The price is reasonable for what you get, in fact 9 of us ate breakfast for about $ 120. You have to wait in line on weekends, which I don’t like to do, but I walked right in on a weekday. The service is very good and the restaurant is clean and new.
