Tim Hortons

This location is okay but a little awkward to get to — pretty much only from southbound Manning just before 137 ave.
Otherwise, it’s average. I wouldn’t go out of my way for this Tim’s.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have been to in the city so far. The customer service is not very good at all.
Every morning I order the same thing 2 egg whites and cheese no bread I have ordered this at numerous locations and it’s always the same. I get charged for just that, but for some reason at this tim
Hortons they refuse, they insist on charging me for the sandwich even though that’s not what I’m ordering, when I tried to explain that the lady told me it’s the company’s rules– which is untrue because like I mentioned everywhere else is the same, I brought this to her attention and she refused to hear it.
I find it frustrating when someone does not know the facts and is charging me for a product I’m not even consuming… I try to steer clear of this location

Frequently I have experienced rude service.
They consistently get my orders wrong.
They renovated the restaurant but did not change anything about the drive-​thru and created an even smaller interior for the people who would like to sit and eat.
The drive through is a NIGHTMARE. I have been cut off while waiting patiently on several occasions. I have completely boycotted this location for this reason and will NEVER return. Mostly because their management does NOTHING when confronted with line-​cutters.
