Chris and the team at Pemberton Auto are wonderful! They do really great work and always communicate clearly with regards to what needs to be done now and in the future. Their timelines are always accurate as are their estimates. Their prices are more than reasonable and they do a great job. My husband and I were recommended to Pemberton Auto by several people and we highly recommend this business to our friends and family. It’s such a relief knowing that when something goes wrong with our cars we have a reliable shop to go to. They also have two beautiful dogs that hang out in the office!

Excellent service at this shop and I always recommend it to friends. They do what is necessary and nothing more. They are always very accommodating and at the same time very busy with lots of customers, so that tells you something! They’ve been very helpful with new car purchases and advice. As long as I live on the North Shore I’ll be bringing my cars here!

Good old fashioned mechanic work. No attempts to talk us into any unnecessary work. And best of all, the invoice was less than we dreaded. They have return customers in us. Our car is quite happy.
