After a horrible experience with the Richmond Dealership, we came to Jim Pattison Lexus Northshore to lease our New NX200t. I recently bought a Lexus 450h lease return. They initial sales person passed me onto someone else who was poor. I told the finance person who were actually helpful sales agents and it seemed to be ignored. They didn’t properly clean the car. Once it was scheduled for cleaning the detailed took my things out and threw them on the ground, as evidenced by the mud.
He proceeded to pass me onto someone else who as soon as the sale was complete wouldn’t answer my emails to resolve outstanding issues. They didn’t submit the payout on time so I’m stuck waiting to be reimbursed for my old car payment ($ 700). The sales manager seemed concerned but have not been hearing back from him either. Still waiting for the gouged out leather on the door to be repaired, and now the cars electrical seems off.
