I sent my 85-year-old Father to Iris because it is close to where he does shopping. They charged him $ 646 just for the LENSES! [I-view silver 21.5/Seecoat Plus UV.] That is double what we paid last time at Lens Crafter. So this shop is expensive, and I guess they are good at up-selling elderly customers. I have apologized to my father for sending him there. When I complained to management they informed me via e. mail: «We do not make judgements based on a person’s age, but rather the information they provide to us regarding their visual needs and tasks. All patients are given a number of options and opportunities to advise us of their budget.»

Very good service, I’ve been going for years and taking my whole family. I definitely recommend Iris for the exams and contact lenses. For my kids, I do appreciate the extra care and personal approach that Iris provides so I don’t mind paying a little extra for that. With the rebates, contact lenses prices are par with online stores and Costco. For glasses, there might be other cheaper options out there. If you’re an adult and know exactly what you want, Costco might be a more straightforward and no frills/low cost option for you.

I had a great experience here. We recently moved but they were able to get our info transferred from another location quickly and made good recommendations on what we were looking for. Staff were friendly and helped us promptly as we walked in. The prices are pretty standard and the ladies there were very patient and understanding when our benefits weren’t going through right away. They stayed past their closing time to sort it out with us. We will be coming back!

Would have given a zero if I could. Overpriced, pushy corporate sales people masquerading as doctors. Stay away.
