After an extremely messy weekend, my friend managed to get a little barf on the passenger side… Anyways in return for the mess, she arranged to pay for my detailing at distinctive detailing. Took about four hours to get my car cleaned but thats fine since they are walking distance to a lot of other businesses. They did a really good job and I am happy with the results!
Update:
Wanted to rate a full 5 stars but had to come back and change it to 3 because the next day, in the daylight, I noticed little areas were not cleaned for whatever reason. Also, I had a container full of loose change (about $ 12 in coins and I know this amount because I purposely got change in the morning for another meter) was no where to be found in my car after. I’m not concerned about the lost of $ 12, it’s more of the principles/morals of the company.
Will come back for another detail in future but will have to be more cautious by throughly checking the work done and other certain aspects.

I found their service quick and the carpets were definitely cleaner (i bought a Groupon for an interior shampoo). However, I had to hunt for the floor mats as they were left in the trunk of the car and not replaced. I think that’s pretty sloppy. And be warned: an interior shampoo is just that, and nothing else. I thought a detailing shop would do a bit of interior wipedown while they were looking after the carpets but unh unh…

I brought my car there with a Groupon. They did an exceptional job on my wash and wax and was very accommodating with my special requests for additional work. Car was ready on time. I am very picky with my car and I usually spend hours detailing the car myself in the summer. Of the three or four other detailing places I’ve tried, Distinctive consistently meets my expectations. Including this time, I’ve used them 3 times now on both my wife’s Mazda and my BMW. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I called them a few weeks ago but no one picked up. The voicemail said to leave a message and they’ll call back, I did but never heard from them. I sent in an email requesting an appointment and again… Never heard back.
I don’t think I’ll be calling gain.

Really happy with what these guys did. Last year, I had a Groupon which I used for two cars, and they did a great job. Had a full interior detail done on a car with small kids — so it was really dirty inside — and a wash and wax on our other car.
I went back again and had our family wagon detailed, which was really messy again, and had crayon and pen marks on the leather inside, and they did it all beautifully.
Would recommend!

I just bought a new-to-me car — it was pretty clean but had a few stains on the passenger seat plus I just wanted to get the interior shampooed to make it all fresh for me. I went in yesterday, got excellent service and was booked for the next morning. I just picked up my car and they did an excellent job of the shampoo, got all the stains out, gave me instructions on how best to facilitate the complete drying of my mats and seats, and they brought my car around to the front of the store for me! And, they gave me a plastic seat cover and paper mat for the floor for protection while it’s still damp.
They did a really great job but what impressed me the most was the excellent service — they even recognized me right away and remembered my name when I wandered in this afternoon to pick up my car. You don’t get that every day anymore!
