History

Established in 1983.

Father and son started this business in the 80’s as a radiator repair shop. As the radiator business transformed into replacements and no repairs, the clients dwindled, but an opportunity arose to start a franchise of Broco Glass. 1993 saw the opening of Broco Glass, and some years later Father retired, and his other son took over his half of the business. Two brothers were running a succesful glass shop, acceling due to their customer service and family feel. Fast forward and the sons of the two brothers enter and make this a 4 man shop full of family.

Excellent Service. My car was hit by a stone and the damage on the windshield could not be fixed, so I had it replaced there. Their service is perfect. They are so perfect and detail oriented, that even the small plastic that I had on the old windshield (the one that reminds the next oil change), was, again, placed at the exact same spot.
They were punctual and friendly.

The recommendations you hear for this place are all true! The guys at Broco made my life easier than imagined. I phoned at about 10am on a Friday for a windshield replacement thinking I’d have to make an appointment for Monday or later; they had my glass on the 2pm truck and my car was in the shop and ready to go well before then. The guys did up my insurance claim and even hooked me up with a loaner vehicle. I had my car back by 4pm and I can’t be more grateful. These guys rock!

These guys are awesome! Had a «smash and grab» on a Friday night. Window gone. Glass all over the car. Called them Saturday morning and they said it would take 3 days to get the window but to bring it in and they could clean it up for me. I took it in and they thoroughly cleaned it, got rid of all the glass and taped clear plastic over the window so I could see out and it was even waterproof! All no charge! When they did replace the window it was fast, efficient, and friendly service. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. They were also very sympathetic Saturday morning when I took the car in which was also nice.

Almost everyone I asked recommended these guys and they did not disappoint. The service was amazing, they got me in the next day, and they washed and cleaned the entire inside of the vehicle and they were super friendly.

I’ve been to other Broco locations before and this one did not disappoint. Excellent customer service, quick on the rock chip repair, and fair price. I won’t hesitate to bring my car back when i get a crack in my windshield and i’m pretty sure i will.

These guys are amazing!!!
Family owned and operated, they really treat you like their own when you go there. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They always provide great service in a timely matter.
I have been in twice for chip repairs and they’ve always manage to take care of me right away. I recommend these guys to everyone I know, and have never heard a negative review from my friends either.

The BEST!
Love these guys!!! Always friendly and extremely fast service. Been here for 3 different repairs, each time they were amazing.
The glass is shipped in the next day, you dont have to wait weeks or even days for the repair. Then as soon as its in, it’s installed and ready to go in a few hours. I called around the first time I needed a repair and these guys were also the best priced.
Perfect job and super nice guys! This is the only place I go for auto glass repair.
They are also an «ICBC Express Shop», so if you have to make a claim through your insurance you dont have to call ICBC, they do it all for you from the shop. One stop.
