My experience comes from working in the hospitality industry for over 25 years. Front of house, back of house and everywhere in between. I found the best way to be good at my job is to know all the ins and outs of every position, so thats what I did. Bartend, manage, serve, cook and clean… I did it all! My days are spent in the kitchen baking, learning and creating. I can honestly say there is no better feeling than creating new and beautiful desserts. From the flavour profile to the last little decorative detail that goes on at the end.
