Paul Kent is the owner and operator of Kent and Company, the parent company of Kent Heritage Farms and An Affair to Remember. Kent Heritage Farms specializes in providing the highest quality, farm-gate to table air-chilled poultry, grade A beef and all-natural pork products to both the retail and wholesale markets. An Affair to Remember is the catering division of Kent and Company, boasting over 20 years experience in the industry as well as its own picturesque St. Davids Bench location for hosting outdoor events.
