Completely disagree with the other review. For the price, the room was really comfy and the people who work there were awesome — super friendly and helpful. Only deducting a star because it is a bit off the beaten path.

The Best Western is in a nice location in a quiet neighborhood in Niagara on the Lake. The building on the outside looks really nice, however the biggest drawbacks are:
–Stairs — didn’t seem to be an elevator here, so if you can’t do stairs, you should notify the hotel in advance so they can book you on the ground floor.
–Bed — ugh, worst night’s sleep in a really long time. The bed was soo uncomfortable! I don’t know how many times I woke up during the night, but I was wiped out in the morning, that’s for sure!
I would consider coming back here only if they improve the beds!
