Established in 1960.
This business started by ken James was taken over by David and Jillian Govan in 1988. It was moved to it’s present location on Queen Street in 1991. Scrapbook Central was moved inside the Camera Place in 2011

Business Owner
David started in the retail photo trade in 1971. He worked his way up to store manager for a large retail outlet in Montréal. In 1988 he pulled up stakes and bought the Camera Place in Niagara Falls.
