Unfortunately we’ve used them for business in the past and although they refund if the paid shipping is not delivered on time, ⁹⁄₁₀ times they deliver past the on-​time guarantee (very unreliable if you are a business). Not only that — but when having a packaged shipped to us (because we were unable to drive to get there) they did not even deliver to our door (no snow prints and no notice at the door — only an email saying delivery was attempted) when contacted to deliver again — because we were unable to get out — a notice was placed within our mail delivery saying that we had to pickup again (again — no knock on the door as we were home) which resulted in products not getting to our customers on time :(Very disappointed. They’ve constantly had some customer service issues and much more. We will be changing our shipping provider over the next few months.
