This place had amazing food and the customer service was great. We were the first customers of the day during our visit to Niagara Falls. The cashier was very helpful with describing the food options to us and giving us recommendations since we are from the states. I highly recommend trying this place out if you are in the area, or if you’re just from the other side of bridge. Looks like a lot of hotels surrounding this restaurant so definitely stop by!

So we ended up going back during open hours to try the food here, and I have to say it was pretty good.
The girl working at the counter was very friendly and knowledgable of the menu.
I got the poutine (which is what I went there for) and it was for sure what I was looking for! It was definitely borderline too salty for me but I enjoyed it, and my family enjoyed their burgers as well.

This is the best burger joint I’ve been to!!! I ordered the half point cheese burger with fries and gravy and it was awesome, I had to compliment chef… its to bad i couldnt go back before i left. When we return to Niagara Falls that with be the first place I go.

Our experience was somewhat disappointing the place has no chicken options and I had to opt for the vegetarian option which I was not impressed with husband was satisfied with his hamburger, also they were out of ice cream for milkshakes. Would go back if they have chicken and ice cream for milkshakes.

Stopped in after a day’s walk along the falls. Got two orders of poutine: the traditional and the bacon cheeseburger. The fries were cooked perfectly, the cheese curds were melty and delicious, and the gravy was salty and textured just right. Both the Nutella milkshake and the Oreo milkshake were great. Not much to say about the service; the young lady that took our order was patient and polite. The food was obviously prepared to order. A very substantial lunch that fortified us for an afternoon of gambling. Some say pricy, but I have no qualms with paying for tasty, high quality, filling food.

There sure aren’t very many good places to eat around these hotels in Niagara, but this sure is a hidden little gem that’s both kid and adult friendly (; They’ve got all kinds of burgers and poutine (aka fries smothered in gravy and cheese) and if you haven’t tried it yet, then you gotta get some! Wash it all down with a handmade ice cream shake and you’ll leave a happy camper.

Oh my, what great «guilty pleasure» food. We had the Big Tex burger and the Bacon Cheeseburger poutine. The portions were plentiful, the flavor fantastic, and it was the least expensive meal that we had the entire week. Directly across the street from the Embassy Suites, it is very convenient when you have been sightseeing all day. Never had poutine before — it is the ultimate comfort food, although your arteries would/​should object.

Best burger I’ve had in a long time… Juicy, flavorful and very filling. The meat is fresh not frozen. The shake was so good! Everything was made to order, was a very chill place and nice place to stop and have lunch quick. It was a little on the expensive side but honestly the food was so good I didn’t mind. We got two bacon cheese burgers with our toppings, two fries, two shakes and it was 35 $. Will definitely be going again when we come back!!!

In Niagara for two nights with small kids. The first night we did room service at the Embassy suites. It was terrible and over priced. Next night we walked across the street and did take out. Half the price and the burgers were delicious.

It’s not an ordinary burger,… it’s not a mediocre burger,.ordinary or mediocre you could still eat,… it’s a lousy burger,… over salted, over cooked and extra greasy, … extra extra greasy,… is there anywhere for a decent burger in Niagara Falls?,… cause this ain’t the place.
