Let me start by saying that there was human(I assume) blood smudges and splatter on one of the walls. The only saving grace for this place was the price. We booked through Expedia so we got the room for $ 40 for the night. There was bare drywall in the bathroom on the ceiling. Chunks of dry wall on the walls in the bathroom as well as the main room were falling off. My boyfriend and I actually had a dry wall fight. There was black mold on the baseboards. The light fixtures were literally falling off in the bathroom. There were spiders in the shower. Cobwebs in the«closet» like area. The desk was missing a drawer and was covered in dust. The soap and shampoo bottles were from other hotels. When we checked in, there were two kids at the desk that could not have been more than 18. I arrived later than my boyfriend and was unsure of which room we were staying in, and they were unable to tell me. There was no wi-fi, no cable, no phone. There was blood stains on the carpet throughout the room. The windows weren’t sealed properly so they were covered in condensation and ensured that our room was stupidly cold for the night. Our room only came with one towel and the guys at the desk seemed surprised when we asked for more. One of the towels they gave us actually had smudges of dark brown something on them. To top it all off, the hotel was in the sketchiest neighbourhood I have seen in a very long time. There was a junkie prostitute on the sidewalk right outside when I arrived. I would not recommend this place for anyone other than a city inspector to have it shut down. It was so disgusting that I actually took photos because I didn’t think anyone would believe me. If you’re looking to stay here, don’t. Spend the extra $ 20/night and find something else.

This is a nice place to stay for a friends/girls weekend away and the price is pretty cheap compared to all the other hotels in the area. Bu if you’re planning on staying more than a weekend, I say go to somewhere else. The only thing I really didn’t like about this place was that the guy at the front desk with the mustache is very rude. We were looking at the map and asked him where Niagara Falls was and everything else and he goes, «Everything is walking distance. Everyone needs to walk(points to my friend), especially you.» He asked me for my name and I had to repeat it a couple of times and it just seemed too unorganized for check-in. OMG and the pool! Don’t go into the pool because you’ll probably come out with some kind of fungus. It was brown at the bottom. I saw the pool guy cleaning the pool, but this was about 2pm in the afternoon. Shouldn’t the pool be already cleaned by the morning? The room was doable. We had two full size beds, a tv that was staticy and a phone that did not work. Bathroom was clean enough. Like I said, we were only staying the weekend and my friends and I didn’t mind the place. But if you’re picky about your hotel, DON’T book one here. I give this place two stars because the hotel was doable and it’s walking distance from everything(Niagara Falls, Clifton Hill, Maid of the Mist and a short walk to Table Rock where the horseshoe is… they provide maps at the reception desk). But honestly though, if you’re picky about your hotel, staying more than a weekend or have a family with kids, I’d say book a room somewhere else. This place was in a sketchy neighbor as well. We had no trouble walking back at night, but we were cautious.

Oh, man. This place is so cheap that the rooms have toiletries from other hotel chains. The TVs have dials, actual dials.
