Dairy Queen-Brazier

Trying to think of something, anything, positive to say about this place. I guess it was clean but considering it was an ice cream store in the middle of winter that’s not surprising. In an area where there are at least five other Dairy Queen’s you would think they would want business.
The order was taken quickly but after that I’m pretty sure we could have gone to watch a movie before our blizzards were ready (and we were the only customers in the store). Now I’ll give them credit they were making them and trying their hardest but I swear I could have learned how to do it in the time it took them to make 1 of 3.
Finally a second server started assisting the first (Hallelujah!) but they were just as slow if not slower.
The blizzards themselves were standard DQ quality but waiting for them to be made was like waiting for a group of snails to cross the road!
With the number of other locations in the area, I do not hesitate to say avoid this one unless the only reason you came to Niagara Falls was to sit in Dairy Queen.
Sorry, to the owners and staff but I won’t be back!

Yeah, so this Dairy Queen costs more than usual. Why? Because it’s a 15-​minute walk from Clifton Hill?
The troll who took my order wasn’t very friendly, either.
Not coming back here and don’t recommend you come here, either!

Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to!!! I ordered a burger combo with a extra sandwich and it came to $ 21. The food was bad and the service was terrible!!! NEVER AGIAN…
