Just spent my fifteen minute break running over in the pouring rain to purchase a venti half sweet caramel macchiato ended up with a venti latte with caramel drizzle there is obviously no vanilla syrup in my drink at all. Also asked the girl on till to add $ 50 to my Starbucks card she said $ 15.00? I said no $ 50 five zero… she put $ 10. This location is hit and miss that’s why I always go to the one at New West skytrain station.

As a loyal Starbucks customer, I am greatly disappointed in everything about this location. The drinks are never right and the staff is THE worst. They are rude, slow, and just generally don’t care about their customers. If we have the time, we will drive all the way into richmond or downtown new West just to avoid this place. Working in customer service myself, this kind of treatment of your customers is busy plain unacceptable.

Came by for a coffee. This location faces Boyd, towards the SE side of the strip mall. I had to drive around for several minutes looking for the place. Parking is available next to the building. Tons of spots in the huge outlet parking lot. The interior is quite long. Seats are available, but the place was quite full. Some of the spots had power outlets, which was nice. Service was decent. Coffee was decent. However, the place was a bit of a mess — specifically the condiment station. There was powdered stuff(cinnamon etc.) all over the counter, the trash receptacle was full, and there were used cups(both disposable and ceramic) all over the counter. It looked like the aftermath of some party. Pretty gross to be honest. See pic. Next time I think I’ll stick to Tim Horton’s or McDonald’s in this mall.

I went to the drive thru at this Starbucks on Queensborough Landing yesterday, because the parking lot was full. It took at least 15 mins to order and wait to buy my beverage. I ordered a tall pumpkin spice latte, which was good. At least the beverage was good; otherwise I would be very mad because of the long wait and bad service. There was a few cars in front of me, but it took so long for each car to order, pay and get the beverages. When it was my turn to get to the counter/cashier, there was no apology for a long wait. The weather was hot yesterday, so I was sweaty sitting inside the car and waiting in line. I did not want to turn on the A/C when I had to wait on the road for more than 15 mins. It is not environmental friendly! I wouldn’t want to go back to this Starbucks especially the drive thru even though their beverages are good. What a bad experience!

Same old Starbucks, and a convenient location especially around the«outlet mall”. Doesn’t too busy much of the day other than during the breakfast and lunch rush. Drive-thru is 50 – 50 on being quick with your order, usually better to go inside to get your«special» fix.

Waited at least 20 minutes in the drive thru in 35 degree Celsius with no Air Conditioning. When I rolled up to the window the baristas were moving so slowly, no hustle. Terrible customer service.

How hard is it to mess up a tea bag in hot water… these guys did. They misunderstood and thought that I wanted it on ice. They apologized and immediately re-made my drink, therefore, I can’t hate on them for apologizing and fixing the mistake right away. I just found it a little funny that they would mess it up in the first place something so simple.

I love this location! Often I feel that I feel suffocated at a lot of Starbucks locations, but not this one! There’s plenty of room to sit, and the layout feels very spacious and comfortable. I have to admit I’m here extremely often to enjoy my soy chai eggnog latte in a quiet corner to relax and have some time to myself!

A drive through location perfect for post outlet re-fuelling. Staff here are very friendly, a really nice group. This parking lot is a bit odd, but there is a nice little patio, clean bathrooms and a doggie water bowl for your four legged bestie.

Located in the nook of this outlet mall is the Starbucks and it has a drive thru. Its not a big store, but there is a conference table, 4 comfy chairs, and a medley of tables inside and outside. The washrooms are coed, so hopefully the guy before you didn’t leave watermarks on the floor. Nice staff, and plenty of parking.

Standard Starbucks fare with a drive-thru on the way to work to get me through the week. Staff are always friendly and cheerful whenever I stop by in the mornings. Clean premises. No screwups = no complaints =)

When getting ready to start my new career to supplement my Mary Kay business, I had some clothes shopping to do. Of course my shopping prowess makes me thirsty and this was the closest«drink» venue. The good — the drive through AND the girl calling the Very Berry Hibiscus, the Very Hairy Hibiscus. I may have peed a little at that one. The bad — the kid talking my money not knowing that change means coins not small bills and then once they have closed the till they can’t help you. I will probably be back but it’s not a place I will go out of my way to go to.

Always good. Floor was a bit untidy though so they probably should pay more attention to doing a sweep every now and then.

This location offers a drive-thru for those times you need a quick pick-me-up. However, if you’re free to sit down and enjoy a cup with a friend, this smaller Starbucks location offers comfy cushioned seats with the typical Starbuck’s coffeehouse atmosphere. Since this location isn’t in a busy area, it’s quite quiet and secluded. Staff is of course friendly and washrooms are clean. Overall, a typical and positive Starbucks experience everytime I’ve been here.
