After a long day meeting up with friends, it was great to get a nice hot bowl of phở! This was my first time at this restaurant, but the space has that classic«family owned» style. I went with my usual order, phở with rare beef, fried spring roll, and lemon soda. The broth had a strong and lovely taste, and the lemon soda was good as well. However both of these did not necessarily blow me away since it didn’t have any unique over all. The fried spring roll was not my favorite. The over all size for the spring roll was half the size of what I am normally I used to at other restaurants that I have been to. It was less crunchy and had less of a deep fried taste. This may be a high light for some foodies who prefer it less deep fried however. Overall this is a good standard Vietnamese resturant to go to.

Almost really good, but not quite. 2.5 stars. Lemon grass chicken was tasty, but you have to use MINT in your bún! Please. The broth was pretty tasty. Smaller portions than the typical phở joint. Keep trying

Finally tried the new and only Phở place in my local area, very disappointing. bleak interior for a new place, soup broth was stick to your mouth greasy and I ordered the rare beef, came out well done and was very chewy, flavorless and fatty, low low low quality old mare meat. they did give lots of sprouts but only a tiny slice of lime and no basil or jalapeño, both normal at decent Phở places. Rude uncaring service, not that uncommon at Phở places but also the menus were worn out and dirty, no pride in this hole. At least it was expensive, to make our visit a thoroughly disappointing experience for a very small portion of sad soup, $ 8 for a small small, normal is $ 6 for a fill you up small at most decent Phở places No we wont be back.

I had #17 Phở noodle soup. It was ok because I was too hungry. The beef inside the soup was not tasty, and very little portion comparing to the noodles and water. Enough water for diving inside:)

Super good phở! So happy to have this in the landing. Their spring rolls are not the greatest… And wish they were open later!

Have the spicy phở! Not a bad spot to grab eats and I’ll certainly be going any time I’m on Queensborough. Didn’t get a headache, so no MSG. No MSG usually means they actually make their broth. Busy little(and much needed) spot.

What a welcomed addition to the area — great for when you’ve forgotten to pack a lunch. The food is decent — everything you would expect from a Vietnamese place. I’ve been twice already and both times, no complaints. Once was during a lunch time rush — every table was full. Food came quickly. The next time I visited was just before dinner time on a weekend and the place was empty. Food was a little slower, but I think they were making a new batch of rice. The small bowl of noodles is really really small. I normally don’t eat a lot and even I found it to significantly smaller than the average small phở sizes elsewhere. The rice vermicelli bowls had the fish sauce mixture already in it on the bottom which I found a bit strange. I’ll be back.

Perfect addition to Queensborough Landing! The food itself is the same as any other phở place, nothing spectacular different, but exactly what I want.

Much needed addition to Queensborough Landing. I really should cook more and bring lunch to work, but everyone needs their daily escape from the office right? I’ve been eyeing this place since I saw a «Vietnamse Restaurant Coming Soon» sign(yes they misspelled Vietnamese). Finally this week they opened shop. Around a dozen tables, it’s bare bones on décor, not that I care. I’m just tired of sub-par Asian eateries in the area. I went with #55, lemongrass beef, pork, springrolls, vermicelli bowl. I had to ask for the dipping sauce but no biggie, standard McViet quality. For $ 8.55 with tax, I’m becoming a regular.
