Originally incorporated as False Creek Management Corp in 1983, the company specialized in high quality service to select properties. The firm went through a corporate restructuring under the leadership of of John Cartwright in 2006. Today, we manage a portfolio of rentals and strata properties ranging from 24 to over 500 units.

John Cartwright is the president and managing broker of False Creek Management (2006) Ltd. Having been involved in the property management field and its complementary businesses since 1983, he brings exceptional experience with a variety of stratas, rentals and non-​profits. John is well versed in The Strata Property Act, Bylaw Revision, Financial Reporting Requirements, Awarding of Contracts and management of Maintenance Contractors.
