Tanya is totally right about the flow being much better after their renovations. In case you missed it, they bought out the space where HMV used to be, so it’s bigger, which is nice. My problem with this place is that the last couple of times I’ve been by it’s been a bit of a disaster, especially in the home section.
they moved the art and pictures to a random spot near the luggage, and everything is kind of thrown everywhere. The clothing racks were still pretty tidy but the beauty and bath products were everywhere. I get that Winners get rummaged through quite a bit, but having worked in retail (and really, just having common sense…), how your merchandise looks is key. Winners sells «brand name clothes at brand name prices», but it doesn’t have to look like a garage sale gone wrong.
All that being said, I find the customer service here EXCELLENT. One of the canvas pictures we found had faint scratches on it and the manager didn’t hesitate to give us a discount. He was really accommodating and patient even though the store was chaotic and he was being pulled in a million directions. I find the cashiers here always really well-​trained and friendly as well. Good job staff!

Newly renovated this location has a better flow then it did before… Winners is always handy when you need a little retail therapy!
