I am overwhelmed by the kindness and professionalism that I received from Chatters salon.
I can’t even express in words how happy I am with the results that I left with. Wow. Unreal.
I have in recent month encountered some nasty, inexperienced and unprofessional hair dressers. Leaving with cuts and colours so terrible that I cried for almost 2 weeks before getting enough nerve to attempt for a fix.
Beata was my hair angel. I sat in her chair on the defence. Prepared to walk out at any moment.
I asked her if she was familiar with short hair. She said yes. And I slowly began explaining what I wanted. To my relief she understood and asked very specific questions before going to town in my hair w the razor.
Sitting in Beatas chair, was amazing. She listened to what I had to say. Engaging in conversation with me. Discussing my previous bad experience, Beata told me that every person who sits in her chair is important and special and that she will always do what she can with her talent to ensure that every client leaves feeling happy and confident. What really stood out to me was when she said, you are not a number when you sit in my chair. When you sit in my chair I am working for you. To make you happy.
Wow. The hairs on my arm stand up by reliving this moment.
She is an angel. Who has a beautiful kind soul.
I came in today to have my hair fixed and to feel better about myself. And I left with something much greater than that.
I was definitely not expecting the service or kindness that I receive from Beata.
Sitting in Beatas chair is a blessing. I highly recommend her to everyone, anyone and especially to the people who have been jaded by a bad hair experience.
