Terrible customer service!
After buying a Pandora bracelet and numerous charms, not to mention many other things from this store, when my bracelet broke (the leather began to deteriorate) they were less then helpful! Told me — «this happens with the leather ones», something they had not informed us of when buying it and stated «nothing we can do for you» as over the 1 yr warranty!
When I look at Pandora site — they state to that if damage occurs — return to retailer and they will send it to Pandora repair Dept. Manhattan store refused to do this!
I too will never shop there again!
