Picard’s

I love Picard’s!!! Picard’s, for those of you who don’t know is peanut heaven. They grow their peanuts in the Niagara region and sell them at their various locations. What makes them special outside of being locally grown? Variety, lots and lots of variety. If I had to guess they have about 75 different types and flavors. Ketchup peanuts? They have them. Cookie coated vanilla flavored peanuts? They have them. Extra spicy chip coated peanuts? They have them. … You get the point, they have a ton a flavors and styles. Not sure if you are going to like a flavor? Take the guess work out and have a sample or 30. They had samples in little dispensing jugs for all of the flavors, at least all of the ones I was looking for. As far as price goes they are very reasonable, about $ 2.50 for a large bag of unshelled flavored nuts. That have a lot of other items for sale ranging from chocolates to ice cream, and dipping oil blends to small batch sodas. I would highly recommend you stop if you are in the neighborhood of any of the various locations, you will not be disappointed.

Love, love, love Picard’s! Never have I thought a peanut store was a must have but, Canada proved me wrong and have upped the snacking anty again. Come check out the flavors, yes, the many flavors of peanuts and find your new snacking obsession as I have!
