The best part of the show isn’t what happened set list wise which was standard but it was what happened near the end that is worth writing about over any show review context (I had a 500 page review of the show buy scraped it last minute). During Streets, fans rushed the stage by Bono’s gentle invitation. This is the first time that Bono has openly invited fans on stage. I will admit that I was a bit jealous. I did notice some of my fellow Interference members and friends which put a smile on my face. Bono seemed relaxed and enjoyed the moment more than the fans. Dallas, The Edge’s guitar tech, was nervous making sure that no one stepped on any pedals.
T — 75 minutes before Night 4.
U2 Rehearsed Crystal Ballroom about an hour ago. I am hoping that this is tonight’s curve ball entry. If anything it will still be an awesome show.
